Our Warranty Information

A) Warranty coverage is guaranteed for all parts and labor related to any manufacturing and installation defects related to Brothers in Arms Custom Computing Solutions only. Any work conducted by those who are not pre-approved by Brothers in Arms must guarantee their own work.

B) The warranty is null and void in the following situations:

1) Excessive damage caused by using the products for purposes other than that of their intended design and function.

2) Violating manufacturer warning against changing settings like over-clocking, or manipulating the components of the computer in any way other than their intended use that were not done as part of your initial custom build by Brothers in Arms Custom Computer Solutions.

3) Acts of God, fire, flood, or lightning damage that would be covered by the customers Home Owners or other Insurances.

4) Failure to provide adequate protection from weather and physical damage during periods of movement.

5) Accidents that result in damage in excess of 25% of the replacement costs of the total machine involved.

6) Failure to keep the machine on safety equipment that has been installed or shipped with the computer for the damage directly attributed to the safety equipments function. (IE: Removing the surge protection devices.)

7) Software problems caused by the customer’s lack of understanding on the use of that software. We will educate the customer as needed, but it does not warrant the replacement of the machine.

C) Data Recovery is not covered under the Warranty. It is only possible to recover 100% data in the best circumstances. Do to the nature of software and hardware compatibility it may not be possible to recover 100% of all data from an old computer into a new system.

D) If not specifically mentioned here, Brothers in Arms will consider any other fault as a manufacturing or installation defect.

Faster shipping times are available, but not guaranteed. We guarantee any product experiencing a manufacturer or installation defect within the first 90 days after purchase with a full replacement policy. We guarantee a 100% money back on any issue we cannot resolve within 120 days.

Each complaint will be dealt with on a case by case basis to ensure your safety, satisfaction, and peace of mind.
