We are in the business of engineering computers and computer networking solutions for home, church and small business. These rates apply to computers not covered in our warranty or guarantee.

Hardware, software and parts are billed separately and will be included in specific job estimates.

We charge $30 for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour for home users and $35/hour for businesses. We do not charge customers travel time within the KAYP listening area (Burlington, Fort Madison, Keokuk, Mount Pleasant, Argyle, Donnellson, Fairfield, Montrose and Ottumwa and all surrounding areas in Iowa.
